After detaining a strangely-behaving man nearby the Turkish presidential palace, the presidential security staff discovered a weapon and a bullet in his possession.

The bullet was found in the mouth of detained Salih Adli, 33, Radikal daily of Turkey reports. In addition, there were an illegal gun, drugs, and a coded video tape in his bag.  

It was found out that the video tape contained a well-known American movie on an assassination attempt plus the photographs of several objects of historical value.  

The detainee claimed that he had no intentions of killing President Abdullah Gul, but rather wanted to meet with him and ask for means to protect the historical treasures shown in the video.
