The value of Venezuela order with Russian war productive facilities might exceed $5bn, said Russian Premier Vladimir Putin at the meeting on provision of RF Armed Forces with sophisticated weapons system.

“Total volume might exceed $5bn, having the orders placed throughout the 13 branches of defense complex,” RBK quotes Putin.

Premier also emphasized that the mentioned volume comprises supplies in the frames of a loan at $2.2bn allocated to Venezuela by Russia, adding the loan and conclusion of such large export contracts aim at supporting the industry significantly.
