YEREVAN. – A civic group opposing Armenia’s accession to the Customs Union will stage a protest action in Liberty Square on Monday, the day of the visit of Russian president Vladimir Putin to Armenia.

In a statement issued on Friday, the group said they will be joined by Heritage, Free Democrats, National Self-Determination Union parties and numerous NGOs.

They urged all political and civil movements, initiatives and individuals opposing Armenia’s accession to the Customs Union to join the protest action.
