YEREVAN. – The International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) follows the situation in connection with the taking captive of Arsen Baghdasaryan, an ex-conscript of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army.
“The ICRC is monitoring the [respective] situation and events. We are conducting a dialogue with the parties,” ICRC Yerevan Office Communications Officer Zara Amatuni told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Baghdasaryan was taken into Azerbaijan captivity on December 27.
