Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick commented on the recent escalation at the line of contact.
“There are credible reports both sides have used mortars recently resulting in civilian casualties. Escalation is not the answer,” the diplomat tweeted.
On Friday the mediator posted the photograph of a 120mm mortar noting that such an escalation is unacceptable.
