STEPANAKERT. – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh), Karen Mirzoyan, on Tuesday received Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mission in Nagorno-Karabakh, Thomas Hallier, who is completing his respective tenure in Artsakh.

During the meeting Hallier introduced Dragoslav Blazevic Ciro, who will replace him as Head of the ICRC mission in the NKR.

The parties discussed the activities of the ICRC Office in the NKR, and touched upon the upcoming programs of this mission.

The sides also expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation between the ICRC Office and the relevant state agencies of the NKR.

Head of the NKR Foreign Ministry reinstated the readiness of Artsakh authorities to assist in the ICRC’s activities in the country.
