YEREVAN. – Two deaths due to bee sting were recorded in Armenia in the first eight months of this year.
Chief toxicologist of the Ministry of Health, Mikayel Gabrielyan, told the abovementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“A patient was brought from Aparan [town in the Aragatsotn Province], who died in hospital, and the second case was yesterday [i.e. Tuesday],” said Gabrielyan. “As a rule, the [human] organism does not endure the venom of the bee, and this leads to death.”
