YEREVAN. – The flow of migrants to Europe will not lead to the expulsion of those that have emigrated there from Armenia.
Head of the Armenian State Migration Agency, Gagik Yeganyan, told about the abovementioned to reporters, after Thursday’s Cabinet session.
Yeganyan noted that the petitions for seeking asylum and citizenship are considered on an individual basis, and they have nothing to do with the flow of migrants.
“That’s why the migrants should not have an effect on the citizens of Armenia,” stated the Armenian official.
