YEREVAN. – The Armenian Air Force always conducts training flights all around Armenia.

The aforementioned is noted in a commentary by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Armenia.

The Armenian MOD has reflected on the statement by Azerbaijan Minister of Defense Zakir Hasanov that, in connection with the Armenian Air Force flights on the border area, he had ordered to destroy the Armenian planes should they violate the border.

“Apparently, the Azerbaijani defense minister is highly concerned, and he is attempting to present as a reality the conventional scenario of the military exercise being held these days in Azerbaijan,” the Armenian MOD statement also reads. “We would advise Zakir Hasanov not to be engaged in unnecessary rhetoric.”
