The Minister of Agriculture of Russia, Alexander Tkachev, proposed to destroy not solely on the border, but within the country, the products that are on the list of banned products and the counterfeit goods.

“The agriculture ministries of Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan and we [i.e. Russia] want to sign such an agreement (…) in October in Moscow, and today appeal to the governments [of these countries] to authorize the agriculture ministries [of theirs] to destroy, inside the country and on the border, the banned, low-quality products,” said Tkachev, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia. “It is indispensable that all members of the Customs Union give their [respective] consent.”
