STEPANAKERT. – [Former Karabakh Defense Minister] Movses Hakobyan has left a good legacy, Karabakh’s new Defense Minister Lyova Mnatsakanyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent.

“Everything is all right. Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) is performing all its tasks. The situation on the border is under control,” the Minister said.

Referring to the situation on the border, Mnatsakanyan said that the number of ceasefire violations from the adversary’s side has declined, and it can even be said there’s no tension.
