Armenian official: It is time to show a clearly differentiated approach

YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan openly violates the basic norms of the international law, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan said.

Azerbaijan’s moves are targeted against UN Charter, numerous articles referring to inter-state relations are being violated, the official said.

“Azerbaijan is impudently throwing down the gauntlet to the international community, UN Security Council and OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. We are always ready for it, we perfectly know who we are dealing with,” he said.

The Armenian Deputy Minister believes it is time to show a clearly differentiated approach instead of equalizing the parties.
