The U.S. State Department has urged its citizens to refrain from trips to southern Turkey due to the terror threats in that country.
“The U.S. Department of State warns U.S. citizens of increased threats from terrorist groups throughout Turkey and to avoid travel to southeastern Turkey,” the statement reads.
The U.S. authorities earlier informed of the evacuation of militaries’families from certain parts of Turkey.
