The “regime of silence” in the northern province of Syrian Latakia and Aleppo has been extended for 72 hours since May 7, reports the Bulletin of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria.

"In order to prevent a further deterioration of the situation “the regime of silence” has been extended on the initiative of Russia in the northern regions of Latakia and Aleppo on May 7 from 00.01 up to 72 hours ," informs the statement .

 "The regime of silence " has been preserved for one day in Latakia and Eastern Guta, in the suburbs of Damascus, but the terrorist groups Dzhebhat en- Nusra  continues provocations aimed at disrupting " the regime of silence " in Aleppo , reports TASS with a reference to the bulletin.
