Belarus is committed to the policy of good neighborly relations and peace, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said at wreath-laying ceremony to the Victory monument in Minsk.

The president said that the greatest achievement of this day is peace and tranquility of the world and of his native land. Remembering the lessons of war, they are carting out a consistent policy of good neighborly relations and peace. He also added that they really care about the fraternal relations with the Russians and Ukrainians, they highly appreciate friendship and cooperation with other nations and states.

He promised that Belarus will do everything to ensure that the Belarusian land could always remain a fertile area of stability, creativity and good will.

Lukashenko emphasized that Belarus takse care of the security of the country, constantly strengthening its defense capabilities and advocating peaceful solutions to any problems in the international arena.
