YEREVAN. - To get a balanced idea on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, the international community representatives should visit Artsakh.
The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) FM Karen Mirzoyan told the aforementioned to journalists Tuesday responding to the question as to why the meeting with the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Herbert Salber, took place in Yerevan and not Nagorno-Karabakh.
In his words, the fact that the representatives of EU and international community don’t visit Karabakh has to do with the position of Azerbaijan. According to the Minister, this is an artificial obstacle. “If the international community wants to get a balanced idea on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, its representatives should visit Artsakh,” he said.
