YEREVAN. - Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian on Saturday received President of the Board of Trustees of Armenian Assembly of America (AAA) Carolyn Mugar and Co-President Anthony Barsamian.

The AAA heads briefed the FM on the activity of the organization and its further programs. The interlocutors also referred to the efforts aimed at the development of Armenia-U.S. friendly cooperation.

At the meeting, a number of pan-Armenian issues and the important role of Armenian community institutions in their solution were also discussed.

Nalbandian briefed the interlocutors on the steps taken by Armenia and OSCE Minsk Group towards creating relevant conditions to move forward the peaceful settlement process of Karabakh conflict.

Apart from this, the interlocutors referred to a number of regional issues on migrants and the developments in the Middle East.
