The President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker announced that the policy of the Turkish authorities will not make him refrain from the EU migration agreement, if Turkish citizens are not granted visa-free regime for short trips to EU member states, reported the RIA Novosti.

"I'm not sensitive to the threats of the Turkish authorities, who announced again that unless there is an agreement on visas issues, the agreement on refugees will be at stake. If Turkey does not fulfill its obligations, there will be no progress on the visa issue,” said Juncker in an interview with Soir. According to the head of the European Commission, "if Turks in the end do not get the right of free movement in the EU, it will be Turkey’s fault."
