China's top legislature appointed three new ministers for state security, civil affairs, and finance on Monday, China Daily reported.
Chen Wenqing was appointed minister of state security, replacing Geng Huichang. New minister of finance is Xiao Jie, replacing Lou Jiwei and the country's previous supervision minister, Huang Shuxian replaced Li Liguo as a minister of civil affairs.
