Republican Party candidate Donald Trump is one step away from victory in the US presidential election.

By “getting” the states of Florida, Ohio and North Carolina, which are crucial in terms of the election results, the chances of his winning the vote have passed 95 percent.

According to various calculations, Trump’s opponent, Democratic Party candidate Hillary Clinton, needs to win in all the states where she was clear ahead during the campaign, if she is to become the victor. 

Trump’s likely triumph, however, is not yet apparent. He still needs to win all the states where there is a “fierce” battle, and to also attempt to “snatch” Pennsylvania, or another large state, from Clinton.

Associated Press reported that Donald Trump has won in Florida, where there was an intense battle. This is confirmed by predictions from Fox News and Politico newspaper.

The New York Times informed that Trump received 49.2 percent of the votes, against Clinton’s 47.7 percent, in Florida.

Trump’s victory in Florida minimizes Clinton’s chances of winning the election.
