The operation on liberation of Mosul from ISIS goes successfully, UN Secretary-General's Special Representative for Iraq Jan Kubis told the UN Security Council.
He welcomed united actions of the armed forces of Iraq, the Kurdish army and a voluntary militia which has been fighting for Mosul for 26 days Kubis told UN Radio that the Iraqi authorities do everything in order to avoid civilian casualties during military operations. He is sure that sooner or later Mosul will be freed from terrorists, but it doesn't mean the end of ISIS.
Al-Baghdadi, the leader of so-called ISIS urged fighters, if they are in other places, for example, in European countries or in Russia, to stay there in order to work for ISIS.
As it was reported, terrorists of the Islamic State move to Libya which is already faced with an internal conflict.
