The Islamic State terrorist group claimed responsibility for the bloody bombing in Afghanistan as a result of which four people were killed and 13 more were injured, Xinhua reported quoting local media.

As it was noted earlier, a suicide bomber blew himself up near the vehicle carrying the security service specialists protecting the high-ranking officials, killing at least four people, another 13 were injured.

Thus, this is already the third case when ISIS takes responsibility for carrying out a deadly attack in Afghanistan.
