The large-scale military attack, which Azerbaijan carried out against Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) in early April, led to many casualties, and it undermined the ongoing peace process under the auspices of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group co-chairs.
Foreign Minister of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian, stated the aforesaid in his address Thursday at the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) ministerial conference which is held in Antananarivo, the capital city of Madagascar.
Nalbandian also noted that the struggle for peace and stability in the Francophone region shall remain a key priority for the OIF.
“This is also what Armenia seeks in the process of settlement of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh,” the Armenian FM added, in particular.
