YEREVAN. – For the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), irrigation system is the most established and non-problematic domain in cooperation with Armenia. 

EDB official Aleksei Cherkaev stated the aforementioned during a talk at the State Committee of Water Economy (SCWE) of Armenia.

At the request of SCWE Chairman Arsen Harutyunyan, the guests presented the course of the ongoing joint projects, the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

To note, the EDB Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) has allocated Armenia a US$40-million investment loan for the implementation of the Irrigation Systems Modernization Project (ISMP).
