The Russian government will provide a $ 3-million grant to Armenia, and for the development of rural tourism.

Minister of Territorial Administration and Development, Davit Lokyan, told the aforementioned to reporters. He stated this based on the results of the President Serzh Sargsyan-led consultation, which was convened in Jermuk town.

«Mortgage loans starting from 6% annual rate are granted till December 30 within “Affordable Housing for Young Families” program

This amount will be used for carrying out recreational area improvement projects in around sixty communities of Armenia.

The complete list of these projects, however, will be approved within two months.
