YEREVAN. - Private entrepreneurs of Armenia will be exempted from fines for the non-payment of taxes before 2016, as per the bill “On increasing tax exemptions from incomes controlled by tax bodied.”

The document was adopted at the second and final reading on Friday.

Under the Law “On Taxes,” 0.15 percent of deferred payment is levied per day. Fines are imposed not only on those, who pay taxes late, but also those who were wrong in their calculations. Moreover, the entrepreneurs who submitted corrected calculations are also to pay the fine.
