The protest by the opponents of Poland government erupted in Warsaw, outside the presidential palace. The opposition demands that the president refrains from signing controversial laws. The protests were sparked by the ruling party plan to restrict the media access in the parliament.

The opposition lawmakers protested the restriction of journalists and blocked the vote on the state budget. Ruling party members the decided to vote in another hall, which according to the opposition was illegal. Opposition parties want a repeat vote.
