Malaysian authorities charged two women with the murder of a North Korean believed to be the half-brother of North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, BBC reported.
The two women Doan Thi Huong, 25, from Vietnam and Siti Aisyah, 28, from Indonesia would be formally charged and could face death if convicted.
Doan Thi Huong’s lawyer noted in the courtroom that his client denied all accusations declaring that she was innocent, AFP reported.
Malaysian police said last week that a preliminary report showed that VX nerve agent was used in the murder in a Kuala Lumpur airport on February 13.
