YEREVAN. - The assessment of the Planning and Review Process and Annual Progress of Partnership Objectives took place in the Defense Ministry of Armenia from February 27 to March 1.

As a result of the discussions, the programs and objectives aimed at the capacity building of defense reforms and peacekeeping were modernized.

In particular, the programs in the spheres of defense, planning, military education, integrity enhancement, staff management, etc. will follow the objectives reviewed as a result of the reconsideration of the strategic process of Armenia's defense.

The assessment results were recapped at the final meeting, which was attended by Head of Defense Policy Department of the Armenian Defense Ministry, Levon Ayvazyan, and head of NATO Defense Planning Directorate, Paul Severo.

The aforementioned results will be submitted to the permanent representatives of NATO member-states for approval.
