Venezuela’s foreign minister, Delcy Rodríguez called the Peruvian president, Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, a “coward” and “dog” servile to the United States for his antagonism to socialism, The Guardian reported.
Rodríguez’s words have already prompted a strong reaction in Lima. On Monday the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru issued a statement, according to which it was decided to urgently recall Peru's ambassador in Caracas, Mario Lopez for consultations.
