YEREVAN. - Azerbaijan is consistently torpedoing the implementation of Vienna and St Peresburg agreements.  

Spokesperson of the Armenian MFA, Tigran Balayan, told the aforementioned on Tuesday, referring to the statement of the Azerbaijani FM upon the request of Armenian News – NEWS.am.

“Azerbaijan is consistently torpedoing the implementation of Vienna and St Peresburg agreements, which are aimed at the creation of necessary conditions for talks. Moreover, Baku is intentionally escalating the tension in the conflict zone,” Balayan stressed.

Earlier, Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov accused Armenia of stopping the talks.
