He noted that the Trump administration plans to take tough measures against those at fault for this leak.
Spicer noted that the provider of such confidential information will be punished to the full extent.
WikiLeaks publicized a large archive of CIA documents mentioning CIA hacking methods to wiretap smartphones that function with Android and iOS mobile operating systems.
