South Korea and the United States do not plan any military actions against North Korea, including a naval blockade, an official from South Korea's presidential office Cheong Wa Dae said Friday.
The reports came after the second phone conversation over two days to discuss ways to rein in North Korea's evolving missile technology, Yonhap agency reported.
“The issue of a naval blockade was never mentioned in the phone call with President Trump,” the official told reporters, speaking on condition of anonymity.
