YEREVAM. – Armenia managed to diversify its foreign policy, said the deputy from the ruling Republican Party of Armenia Mihran Hakobyan .

His remark came during parliament’s hearings held at the joint initiative of parliament’s standing committee on foreign relations and European integration supported by the Armenian branch of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.

According to him, this document is very important.  “I do not know why, but it is widely said in the modern world that all the states that diversify their economies are the winners, but so little is said that  the winners are also those countries, who manages to diversify the foreign policy " said Hakobyan, adding that Armenia's foreign policy managed to pass  stage of diversification.

The Armenia-European Union Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement was signed օn November 24 in Brussels
