Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas will participate in EU Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels, EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini told reporters in Brussels.
According to Federica Mogherini, Mahmoud Abbas will be in Brussels in early January to discuss prospects of the Middle East peace process and its support to the European Union, RIA Novosti reported.
