A cruel father killed his 6-month-old baby in Bagcilar district of Istanbul.

The police found out the baby began to cry at night and the father hit him in his head with a bottle of milk, Turkish Posta newspaper reports. The baby stopped crying and the man went on sleeping.

In the morning the child’s mother noticed the baby was dead and phoned her husband. The man persuaded her not to talk about the child’s death, but the wife immediately called the police.
