YEREVAN. – Prevention of genocides is one of the priority tasks, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said during the debates on the 2017 budget.
He said the issue concerns bilateral relations and the work of the international organizations. At the same time he pointed to the importance of expanding Armenia’s diplomatic representation.
Asked about the Armenian Genocide debates in Israel, the minister said this is a moral issue.
