The officers of Armenian State Revenues Committee detained a Georgian citizen at Gogavan-Privolnoe checkpoint.

Naira Mikeladze, a citizen of Georgia, was detained in Armenia, for smuggling over 5.5 kg sturgeon and salmon roe into the territory of Armenia. She was transporting caviar hiding it in her luggage, the press service of the State Revenue Committee informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

An investigation is underway.
