YEREVAN. – The Investigative Committee of Armenia has launched an investigation into the criminal case which the Prosecutor General’s Office has filed, and in connection with the violation of the confidentiality—and recording and dissemination—of the telephonic conversation that had taken place between National Security Service Director Artur Vanetsyan, and Special Investigation Service Head Sasun Khachatryan.

Measures are taken to find out all the circumstances behind this incident and the circle of the persons who have committed the alleged crime, the committee informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

But stemming from the interests of this probe, any other details cannot be publicized at this phase of the investigation.
