Structures providing services should be located in a geographical site that is maximally convenient for the residents of all sectors of the country. This is what President of Union of Informed Citizens NGO Daniel Ioannisyan posted on his Facebook page, touching upon Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan’s assignment to relocate the automobile customs house from Yerevan to Gyumri.
“During a tour of the structures of the State Revenue Committee, Nikol Pashinyan assigned Davit Ananyan to take actions to relocate the automobile customs house from Yerevan to Gyumri…And everyone is euphoric.
Friends, structures providing services to citizens need to be located in a geographical site that is maximally convenient for the residents of all sectors of the country.
(Take a look at the assignment of the Prime Minister through the eyes of, say, a resident of the Syunik Province)
There are many other authorities that can be relocated to Gyumri for the proportional development of the provinces and without making it inconvenient for citizens,” wrote Ioannisyan.
