Examination of the appeal filed by the attorneys of second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan against the decision of the Court of First Instance on extending the preventive measure remand selected for Robert Kocharyan for another two months was postponed once again.

Aram Orbelyan, one of Kocharyan’s attorneys, told journalists that the trial was postponed due to the end of the working day and will resume on 10 April at 12:30.

He stated that the objections regarding the appeal were mainly presented during today’s trial.

Aram Orbelyan said that Kocharyan was in court and expressed positions on different issues during the trial, but will make a statement at the end.
