President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has awarded the "Dostlug" Order of Azerbaijan to President of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Valentina Matviyenko, reports AZERTAJ.
Valentina Matviyenko has been awarded this order for her special merit in the strengthening of cooperation and mutual ties between Russia and Azerbaijan.
