By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Arsen Davtyan has relieved of his post as Deputy Health Minister of Armenia.
To note, Davtyan is incarcerated.
As reported earlier, according to a National Security Service statement, on March 30, the head of a medical facility gave a particularly large amount of money to Arsen Davtyan as a bribe.
The deputy minister, who was detained the same day, was later arrested, and on April 2—incarcerated.
But considering the advanced age and health condition of the person who is suspected of giving the bribe, this person was released on a signature bond to not leave Armenia.
