Armenia is doomed to have low inflation, said the candidate for the post of the Central Bank of Armenia Martin Galstyan.
“I partially support Lawrence Summers' thesis that the world will not be the same as before, and from now on we will be doomed to have low inflation because structural changes are taking place,” he noted.
According to him, work to reduce inflation is underway.
