The emergency services arrived at the scene and took Sevak Alaverdyan, 17 and Hayk Papyan, 29 to hospital.
The police found out the truck belonged to Defense Ministry of Armenia, photo journalist Gagik Shamshyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
An investigation is underway.
