YEREVAN. – The Armenian National Congress has been reaching deals for long time but not with Republican Party (RPA), said head of RPA parliamentary group Galust Sahakyan.

An atmosphere of tolerance is created in country’s political arena on the threshold of elections, he told briefing in parliament. Authorities’ former strategy towards the opposition is unacceptable with upcoming election, he noted.

Sahakyan stressed that all these measures will contribute to “holding good election in the republic”.

Despite calls for tolerance, head of RPA parliamentary group said that the ANC is trying “to find bosses abroad but then, failing to find them, returns to native political field”.
