The European Union launches official talks with Azerbaijan on visa regime.
Head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan Roland Kobia said they are waiting for a mandate of the European Commission for these negotiations.
“The talks may start in the nearest weeks,” Azerbaijani Vesti.az website quotes Kobia.
