YEREVAN. - Baku cannot accept the plain truth that Nagorno-Karabakh will never be a part of Azerbaijan, expert of “Caucasus” Analytical Institute Richard Giragosian told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Moreover, he stressed except for Azerbaijan, all the countries in the world realize it well. The expert noted Azerbaijan’s blindness is caused by an oil factor. “Oil polluted the eyes of Azerbaijan and it is unable to see the reality,” Giragosian stressed.

According to him, the real reason for forcing the Karabakh conflict at present is conditioned by the EU’s interest in Karabakh conflict resolution and possible change in Russia’s position, which is the main player in the negotiation process.
