Turkish side presented new variant of the Protocols’ text to its U.S. partners , CNN Turk reports.

The NEWS.am correspondent in Zurich reports that the Armenian side is holding intensive consultations on strengthening its positions. According to preliminary data, the Armenian side is to make a statement.

The information that the Turkish side changed the Protocols’ text is being verified. The signing ceremony was delayed at the last minute due to difficulties in the text of the final statement, world news agencies report. U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton returned to her hotel.

“We're facilitating the two sides on coming to an agreement on the statements they are going to make at the ceremony,” said State Department spokesman Ian Kelley.

Hillary Clinton held a meeting with RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan and phone talks with Turkish representatives, a diplomats told Associated Press.
