YEREVAN. – Armenian MP Viktor Dallakyanm came forward with a legislative initiative setting up anti-corruption service in Armenia.
The document envisages that the service will be an independent structure which will carry out an operative search. According to Dallakyan, the salary of employees of proposed agency should exceed three times the salary of those in tax and customs services, while the chairman should be appointed by the President in agreement with parliament. The draft has not been included on the parliamentary agenda.
